David
F. Giannetto
is an award
winning decoy carver and wildlife photographer, and the
apprentice of his father, Vincent Giannetto III, one of the
nation’s most respected and collectable Delaware River decoy
carvers.
Professionally
he is considered one of today’s leading business theorists and
is co-author of The
Performance Power Grid, the Proven Method to Create and Sustain
Superior Organizational Performance (Wiley, 2006),
one of today’s leading management methodologies.
He is CEO of The Telos Group, a national management and
technology consulting firm, and a
Professor of Organizational Behavior at
Rutgers University.
He is a frequent writer for
national
business magazines and conference keynote speaker.
David earned
his MBA from Rutgers University, his undergraduate degree from
Monmouth University and was a regular army officer in the 10th
Mountain Division of the U.S. Army.
He resides in Basking Ridge, NJ, and can frequently be
found hunting the Delaware River and Bay with his father and
brothers.
